Shipping policy

Most orders will be processed within 1 business day.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

Orders going to certain areas of Europe will have custom fees.

We do not cover customs clearance fees or duties your package may be subject to. Please inform yourself prior to purchasing.

We are not responsible for packages being held at customs for whatever reason it may be.

If you refuse to pay customs clearance fee and return the package to us you will be charged the shipping fee regardless. You will also be charged the fee for the return shipping if the package is rejected. For international orders this can be up to 4 times the original shipping cost. If an order is rejected you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) minus the additional return shipping charge.
